  • Dental offices may use existing software. The user uploads the claim file to HealthTech in either NSF, ANSI 837 or text format.
  • Alternately HealthTech will access your software, create and extract your claim file on a prescribed regular basis..
  • Our software checks each claim for invalid, dates, CPT codes, ICD-9 codes and also checks the eligibility of both the doctor and the patient
  • Once a day all claims are sorted by insurance company and are either electronically transmitted or printed and mailed the same day.
    • Why should your office use HealthTech?
    For Dental Office Claims Transmission:
  • Process ADA claims with current software.
  • Send your claims to text file instead of printing.
  • Log on to HealthTech’s web site, type in user id and password, enter file     name and click on UPLOAD FILE.
  • Alternatively HealthTech will log onto your system and extract claims.
  • An acknowledgement email will be sent to you immediately, followed     later by a status email showing processing results.
  • YOU ARE DONE!

    For Dental Office Claims Verification:
    Within 24 hours, your file summary is ready. This report lists the status of all claims received by HealthTech. This acts as your receipt that your claims have been entered into our system.
  • Log onto HealthTech secure site.
  • Click, "Download File Summary"
  • Click the pink-colored day on the calendar.
  • Below the calendar, click “View” and then click “Open”.
